Cath Kidston Inspired Florals

The sun is shining, the weather is teetering above 50 degrees, and I was feeling inspired. I tried my hand at some Cath Kidston inspired cookies. Cath Kidston makes some truly beautiful floral patterned fabric. I took inspiration from that for these cookies!

Did You Just Eat Your Mustache?

Over the last several months I've noticed a growing trend in weddings and events. Photo booths have become very popular as a fun way to entertain guests and have some great photos after your event. Also becoming increasingly popular is adding fun props to your photo booth. I've noticed the use of little felt mustaches on sticks. Everyone from children to the bride and groom are getting in on this trend. So I thought, how much fun could this little piece of felt be? You take a photo and you're done. What if instead, you could take photos and have a treat?! Thus, the mustache cookie on a stick was born. Check out the fun I had!

The excited mustache couple! That's my boyfriend David...doesn't he look sinister?! These may be my favorite fun cookie yet. So simple, so fun, and sooo yummy!

Peacock Fantasy

I am obsessed with peacocks! My craft room is peacock colors, I have feather arrangements, I am in love with the vibrant colors!
I decided to try a peacock inspired set of cookies! Here is my interpretation of the feathers and the eye of the feather.

Perfect Pear

Attention Brides and Grooms! How cute are these cookies....Perfect "Pear"!
I have been dying to try these. I love this whole theme, and fully intend to incorporate it in my wedding, should I marry someday.

I tried out three different styles of pears.

Luck 'O' The Irish

St. Patrick's Day is fast approaching and I wanted to try something out to celebrate the occasion. Everyone has shamrock cookies around this time, so I thought I'd try a different spin. I added some Celtic knot work to the "leaves". I absolutely love how these turned out!

"I Heart Strawberries" Patch

Its March. There is still snow a million feet high in my backyard. I'm craving summer fruits, cold drinks in the hot sun, and blooming flowers. To get even more in the spring spirit, I created these! Its my strawberry patch collection!

Last week I did 80s cartoon and video game cookies for my buddy Dave's birthday. (Check them out here.) Today Dave sent me some "appreciation" photos. They made me laugh, so I'm sharing!


Dave loved that little mushroom. I think he may have carried it around with him all night, you know, just in case some Goombas showed up.

What's better than real bacon and eggs? Vanilla/Almond Cheesecake Cookies that look like bacon and eggs, but taste like delicious melt in your mouth cookies, that's what!

You're torn aren't you...craving eggs and salty bacon...or sugary goodness?? Oooh tough decision!

My vote is on the sugary goodness...

Or perhaps both??
